Branding and visual identity

A brand people remember and your team can actually use: positioning, identity and a guideline that survives contact with real production.

From positioning to guidelines

Not a logo in isolation — a system your marketing, your printer and your developers can all work from.

Positioning

What you stand for, who you are for and why anyone should choose you over the alternative.

Naming

Names checked for meaning and pronunciation in all three languages, and for trademark conflicts.

Logo and identity

Logo, colour, typography and graphic language, delivered in every format you will actually need.

Tone of voice

How the brand speaks — with real examples in English, Russian and Vietnamese.

Brand guidelines

A working document with rules, do-and-do-not examples and ready-made templates.

Asset production

Business cards, packaging, signage, social templates and presentation decks.

Process

Four to six weeks from brief to a complete, usable identity.

Discovery

Interviews with your team, competitor review and a look at how the market reads your category.

Strategy

Positioning, brand platform and the ideas the visual work will express.

Concepts

Two or three distinct directions, each shown in real use rather than on a blank page.

Development

The chosen direction taken to full identity, tested at small and large sizes.

Handover

Guidelines, source files and a walkthrough so your team can run it without us.

FAQ

Do you only design the logo?

No, and a logo on its own rarely helps. The work covers positioning, the full visual system and the guidelines that keep it consistent once dozens of people start using it.

Can you rebrand without losing recognition?

Yes — that is a specific type of project. We evolve the elements customers actually recognise and replace the rest, usually in stages so the change never feels abrupt.

Will the name work in Vietnamese?

That check is part of the process. Names are reviewed for pronunciation, unintended meanings and tonal problems in Vietnamese, and for trademark conflicts before anything is finalised.

What if we already have an identity?

Then we audit it first. Sometimes the answer is a refresh rather than a rebuild, and we will say so — it is cheaper for you and less disruptive for your customers.

Who owns the result?

You do, in full, including editable source files. There are no ongoing licence fees and nothing is withheld.

Time to look like the company you have become?

Send us your current materials and we will come back with an honest read on what is working and what is not.
