FAQ
Do you handle permits and paperwork?
Yes. Venue contracts, permissions, and the local requirements that catch foreign brands out are all handled as part of the project.
Can you book performers?
Booking is a core part of what we do — DJs, MCs, live acts and local celebrities, with contracts and technical riders handled properly.
How transparent is the budget?
Fully. You see contractor costs and our fee as separate lines, and unspent budget comes back to you rather than quietly disappearing.
What if fewer guests turn up than planned?
Attendance is managed, not hoped for: registration, reminders and a realistic forecast based on comparable events. We plan capacity to the forecast, not the invitation list.
Do we get the photos and video?
Yes, in full, the same week. The content plan is agreed before the event so the material fits the channels you intend to publish it on.
