UX and UI design
Interfaces designed around what users are trying to do, tested before development starts — because changing a prototype costs a fraction of changing code.
Research, design, validation
Not screens in a vacuum — decisions backed by how people actually behave.
User research
Interviews, analytics review and session recordings to find where people give up.
Information architecture
Structure and navigation designed so users find things without being taught.
Wireframes
Layout and flow resolved cheaply, before anyone argues about colour.
UI design
Visual design in your brand language, built as a reusable component system.
Prototyping
Clickable prototypes for testing and for handing developers something unambiguous.
Usability testing
Real users, real tasks, recorded — findings turned into specific fixes.
Process
Two to four weeks to a tested, clickable prototype.
Research
What users are trying to do, where they currently fail and what the data already shows.
Structure
Information architecture and user flows for the paths that matter commercially.
Wireframes
Layout and interaction agreed before visual design begins.
Interface
Visual design and a component library, checked at real screen sizes.
Testing
Prototype tested with five to eight users, then corrected before development.
Tools
Everything handed over in files your next designer can open and continue from.
Portfolio
Projects in this service and what they changed for the business.

FAQ
Why test before development?
Because a change in a prototype takes an hour and the same change after launch takes a sprint. Five users reliably surface most usability problems, which is enough to justify the round.
Can you redesign without a full rebuild?
Often yes. We start by finding where users actually drop off — frequently the fix is three screens, not the whole product.
Do you design for mobile or desktop first?
Mobile, for the Vietnamese market almost without exception. Desktop layouts are derived from the mobile decisions, not the other way round.
Do you work with our developers?
Yes. Handover includes a component library, specifications and a walkthrough, and we stay available during development for the questions that always come up.
What if we have no analytics yet?
Then setting them up is step one. Designing without data is guessing, and we would rather spend a week getting real numbers first.
